Longtime hospitality industry leader in human resources, Ellie Dahl, joins the executive team at Bentley Price Associates, Inc. as Vice-President of Hospitality effective August 2, 2021. The announcement was made by Dennis P. Rizzo, President/CEO of Bentley Price Associates, Inc.

Ellie graduated from Washington State University with both a BSBA and a BS in Hotel & Restaurant Administration. After graduation, she was recruited into the Hyatt Hotel Corporation’s management training program, where she launched her career in Human Resources, working for the Hyatt Anaheim, Hyatt Regency Dallas, Hyatt Regency Los Angeles, and Hyatt Regency Long Beach.

Realizing her dream of opening a Four Seasons luxury property, Ellie opened the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, as well as the Four Seasons Resort Aviara and Four Seasons Residence Club, which were legendary for their award-winning associates who demonstrated exemplary and anticipative service at all times. While at Aviara, Ellie received the San Diego Business Journal’s esteemed “Women Who Mean Business” Award and SHRM’s Employer of Choice Award.

After twenty-eight years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Ellie was recruited by the Irvine Management Company as the Senior Director of Human Resources at the world-renowned Resort at Pelican Hill. In 2019 she was given multi-unit responsibility for Fashion Island Hotel, Oak Creek Golf Course, and CRC Marinas.

Through her wide network of hospitality contacts, Ellie has developed an excellent reputation for coaching, collaboration, and developing highly engaged teams and is also known for her expertise in labor relations, training, and recruitment and retention of top talent.
