In September 2017, Atlantis Paradise Island named Audrey Oswell as President and Managing Director, making her the first female President of Atlantis. Audrey had been the COO since late 2016 and was previously the Chief Gaming Officer from 2011 to 2013.
Audrey has significant experience in all aspects of resort operations as well as a strong sales and marketing background. She has successfully managed resorts throughout the US and has grown revenue and driven profitability at each one
With 30 years in our industry, Audrey has earned her place at the top.
Audrey brings more than 30 years of experience in hospitality and gaming to Atlantis Bahamas, including as interim CEO/COO for Seneca Gaming, President and COO at Caesars, and CEO at Resorts International in Atlantic City, among other top executive leadership roles.
Audrey started her career in the Finance Division at Caesars, moving through Financial Planning and Analysis to Marketing, and on to serving as the Chief Administration Officer for Caesars World Marketing, overseeing finance for 26 Caesars marketing offices worldwide.
In addition to her financial acumen, Audrey has expertise in Marketing, Casino Operations, Renovations & Expansions, and Food & Beverage. However, possibly her greatest attribute is Leadership. Audrey has always managed with the philosophy that everyone in the organization contributes equally, yet differently. Her skill in identifying and attracting top talent with a wide variety of strengths has been one of the many components of her success.
Audrey earned her bachelor’s degree from Temple University and her MBA from Drexel University.
