Elise Campbell is the Executive Director of Human Resources at Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise, where she is responsible for oversight of all HR functions at four casino properties and a travel plaza. With over twenty years of experience in Human Resources, she has expertise in developing, designing, and managing human resources functions with a broad range of knowledge and skills in an international capacity. She has worked in hostile and austere environments while providing guidance and recommendations to all key stakeholders.
Elise has worked in a broad range of industries, including State Education, gaming/hospitality, aerospace, and government contracting with the Department of State and Foreign entities. Elise obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Kaplan University and is Tribal HR Certified (THRP) and holds certifications in leadership development tools and assessments.
