Industry leader Randy Morton has been appointed President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, where he will oversee operations of the iconic Guitar Hotel in Hollywood, Florida. He will report directly to David Hoenemeyer, Seminole Gaming’s Chief Operating Officer. He now joins the Bentley Price Associates, Inc., “Best of the Best” list of industry leaders.

Morton joins Seminole Hard Rock following his tenure at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, where he led the final phase of the property’s multi-million‑dollar transformation and helped usher the landmark resort into its next chapter.

A respected figure in global hospitality, Morton brings decades of executive experience, including more than 12 years as President and COO of Bellagio in Las Vegas. Under his leadership, Bellagio earned the AAA Five Diamond Award in 2002, becoming the first Las Vegas casino resort, and the largest hotel ever, to receive the distinction.

His background also includes senior leadership roles with OVG Hotel and Casino Development, Foley Entertainment Group, and the Vegas Golden Knights, where he served as Co‑CEO; and Monte Carlo Resort & Casino. Earlier in his career, Morton held general manager and resident manager positions with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts across the United States, Hawaii, and Canada. A graduate of George Brown College in Toronto, Morton is widely regarded for his operational expertise, strategic vision, and commitment to service excellence.

Bentley Price Associates, Inc. is proud to have partnered with both parties in facilitating Randy’s transition to his new leadership role at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, Florida.
