As we mark 50 years of Bentley Price Associates, this is one of those searches that captures exactly what we’ve built our reputation on: recognizing the right leader at the right moment—and understanding why it matters.

This search was for a President role at a major gaming company during a period of significant change. A rebrand. A full operational transition. High expectations across the board.

After reviewing the role and spending time with the team, one candidate stood out immediately. We presented three strong executives—but there are moments in this business when your instincts are clear. This was one of them.
