SUMMARY
The Chief Marketing Officer(“CMO”) will oversee the Omni-channel marketing and communication functions for this dynamic, growing gaming industry leader. Reporting to the CEO, the CMO will travel as necessary to all property locations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and execute a truly integrated Omni-channel marketing and communication strategy that seamlessly leverages both the retail and digital assets of the group for maximized group revenue
  • Hire and manage a team of marketing professionals across retail, digital and ecommerce channels
  • Optimize customer lifecycles management, customer segmentation analysis, in life revenue optimization and retention strategies
  • Drive growth through channel agnostic performance led acquisition marketing, tracking, and monitoring spend to allow for agile movement of budget between all channels for the best ROI
  • Advise and hire experts to support performance acquisition strategies while searching for new media opportunities that can expand the
  • Execution of competitive analysis and pricing strategy across regions and creation of unique strategies to leverage strengths and capitalize on competitive weaknesses
  • Manage marketing budget and detailed spend analysis with constant focus on ROI and increased market share
  • Participation as an active member of the executive leadership team an accountability for the execution of all strategic marketing initiatives
  • Oversight of the company-wide marketing calendar encompassing multiple properties and focusing on player engagement, promotions, and cross-property marketing
  • Oversight of company-wide advertising and public relations plans and ensuring that initiatives are in line with company goals and objectives
  • Leadership of sponsorship relationships and event management
  • Oversight of websites, applications, free-to-play social casino, and online presence management
  • Management of social media management and marketing
  • SEO/SEM and App Store Optimization and content marketing
  • Travel as required to all property locations
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years related education and experience in trades, project management, commercial, and hospitality industries.
  • Property openings, new development, and construction projects experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years previous senior leadership experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing, heating, air, carpentry, painting, and water systems.
  • Expert knowledge of compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
  • Must obtain and maintain valid gaming licenses.
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Minimum undergraduate degree in Marketing or related program of study. MBA preferred

Minimum 10+ years aggregate experience in similar gaming industry venue(s).

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Gaming industry license to be required

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Exceptional presentation and written/verbal communication skills

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Exceptional Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
