Overview | Responsible for providing legal support to the hotel development and operations teams on franchise, management, and hotel development matters, including preparation of FTC and international disclosure documents, franchise agreements, franchise compliance monitoring, and default notices, as we reviewing property-level contracts (e.g., event contracts, group business, sales, location agreements, and all other vendor contracts, as assigned), advising General Managers of our managed hotels, developing standard operating procedures and advising management on changes in laws and regulations that affect the managed business. The Director will also draft, review, and negotiate management agreements and partner with the development team to complete hotel management transactions. |
