- Provide direction and leadership
- Works with Directors to effectively communicate brand standards and corporate messages internally and externally.
- Ensures vendor relationships and products are satisfactory, functional and cost effective.
- Oversees all casino direct mail and database programs including the programming and execution of all marketing technology applications as related to customer offers and promotions.
- Keeps up with all marketing technology to ensure processes are effective, optimized and robust.
- Ensures standardized and consistent reporting is developed, produced and distributed regularly.
- Develops strategic and tactical marketing plans for all casino properties which include database marketing direct mail, player development, hotel operations, table games operations and slot operations. Coordinates operational details to consider all elements necessary to execute profitable programs.
