Overview Director of Information Technology for a Native American-owned casino property on the US West Coast.
  • Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and strategic initiatives, and is responsible for a high level of guest service.
  • Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Manage Team Members working in a high-pressure environment towards successful results for the company.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Prioritize, direct and monitor multiple tasks and assignments.
  • Work flexible schedule based on business needs.
Qualifications Required: 5 years experience in casino with demonstrated competence.

BS in Computer Science or related field, or any combination of education, training and experience that would provide minimum qualifications.; Knowledge of gaming applications, preferably IGT, along with JDE, Opera and other related systems.; Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Visio) and Windows.
