Overview Oversee and Direct all aspects of Latin Player Development
Responsibilities
  • Utilize years in the casino industry to maintain existing Latin FSRC players along with marketing new and dormant Latin players to the property.
  • Will use marketing tools such as direct mail, telemarketing, establishing new on site and off site special events to draw in potential Latin customers to FSRC.
  • Will be closely monitored by the GM and VP on increasing the number of Latin customers at FSRC and their contribution to drop and handle.
  • The Director of Player Development will generate revenue from new and existing players with proper comping procedures to maintain FSRC financial goals along with Latin bus marketing and entertainment.
  • This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description.  Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.
Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. High School Diploma/GED/College Degree. 5-7 years in Casino Marketing preferred.
