Overview The Director of Finance will have primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities of the company.
Responsibilities
  • Direct responsibility for all facets of accounting, budgeting, strategic planning, contract review, treasury management, purchasing and receiving, and credit and collections.
  • Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
  • Evaluate progress of meeting short and long-term strategic objectives
  • Serve on planning and policy making committees
  • Analyze financial results and accounting information including benchmarking data
  • Manage and develop all direct report staff.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. Strong computer experience, management and organizational skills and attention to detail are required.  Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and knowledge of general ledger and financial reporting software.
  • Must be able to stand walk sit for extended periods. May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke secondary smoke environment.
  • Must be at least 21. You must be able to obtain a Level 1 Table Game License. Must be able to pass a background investigation, and obtain and maintain a Racing License.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
