Overview Reports to the General Manager and oversees all Food & Beverage areas ensuring that they are operating in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities
  • Hires and terminates all managers within the department.
  • Quality control of product and service.
  • Budget planning and control.
  • Training of management and non-management personnel as well as evaluation, scheduling, and mediating employee relations.
  • Analyzes and recognizes deficiencies or problem areas and provides corrective material, financial, and personnel resources to accomplish desired results.
  • Develops menus and recipes.
  • Responsible for regulation and overseeing all food and beverage employee safety.
  • Inventory control.
  • Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture
  • Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications Experience Required:  Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in management and supervision.

Education Required:  High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of F&B management, purchasing, cooking, and administration
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Basic chemical awareness training
  • Comprehension and compliance with all Company and departmental rules and regulations

Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required:  State Gaming Commission, Level 3 State Alcohol Beverage permit
