|Overview||Reports to the General Manager. Directs all gaming operations by performing the duties personally or through Managers and/or Supervisors.|
|Primary Responsibilities||Oversee the direct supervision of all Managers and Supervisors in the Gaming Department. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of Gaming Department and its employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
|Qualifications||Minimum 21 years of age. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, and eight to ten years of direct gaming experience or a combination of education, skills and experience.|
|Certificates, Licenses & Registrations||Gaming License Required|
