Overview Reports to the General Manager. Directs all gaming operations by performing the duties personally or through Managers and/or Supervisors.
Primary Responsibilities Oversee the direct supervision of all Managers and Supervisors in the Gaming Department.  Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of Gaming Department and its employees.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Participates in formulating and administering Gaming Department policies and developing long-range goals and objectives.
  • Maintains the slot file and ensures all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Oversee analysis of Slot Performance according to; location, cabinet style and theme.
  • Meets with slot machine vendors, and through analysis and experience, orders new slot machines and slot conversions.
  • Develops and reviews analysis of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department progress towards stated goals and objectives.
  • Analyzes departments’ financial reports and makes adjustment to implement efficiencies.
  • Administers department according to the company’s strategic business plan.
  • Oversee Slot and Table Games Contracts; monitor, review and submission for execution.
  • Responsible for overseeing the department’s budgets.
  • Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule and subject to change.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, and eight to ten years of direct gaming experience or a combination of education, skills and experience.
Certificates, Licenses & Registrations Gaming License Required
