Overview As Director of Strategic Marketing at this Native American-owned Casino/Resort you will be a critical team member in the development of database assets through analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluates the profitability of the Database Marketing programs.
  • Analyzes the active database growth and increases database size and value.
  • Develops and executes approved Database Marketing programs.
  • Adjusts marketing strategies and plans to meet changing conditions due to market and competition.
  • Develops report formats with Analysis Department to improve data reports and integrity.
  • Develops and implements departmental budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitors monthly programs to ensure both revenue and expenses are within budget.
Qualifications Required: BA degree; Minimum of 10 years experience in Casino Marketing and a minimum of 5 years experience managing database marketing in the Casino/Gaming industry; Minimum 5 years proven management experience of a team of 5 or more employees; Must understand and use database management and analysis tools; Must be fluent in Microsoft Office; Must have demonstrated multi-channel Casino Marketing experience and skills with a proven track record of increasing patrons responses and ROI; Must maintain a flexible work schedule, willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rearrange vacations as needed.
