Overview This opportunity provides a clear path to a VP executive level position. The Director of Human Resources originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Responsibilities
  • Ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff members.
  • Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan. Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
  • Create company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees.
  • Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
  • Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
  • Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend Human Resource outsourcing opportunities and identify potential vendors.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.
  • Recommend and establish company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications  Required: Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in HR; Excellent skills using Microsoft Office; Ability to organize and facilitate group meeting.

Preferred: Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations
