Overview	You will be responsible and accountable for administration, operation, and direct management of this fine dining restaurant as part of the team taking this gaming and entertainment complex to become the leader in the region.
Responsibilities	Develop and manage the business plan and budget for the restaurant. Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drink necessary to operate the restaurant. Manage areas of responsibility to enhance the gaming experience of guests. Oversee staff development, to include training, interviewing for hires, conducting disciplinary counseling and performance evaluations. Review staffing levels to maintain a budgeted level of employment. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities. Review departmental status with Food and Beverage Director. Develop and manage programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries. Meet with directors and managers as necessary.
Qualifications	Required: 5 – 7 years experience in restaurant management and supervision; a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience; Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined for the position, an Alcohol Beverage Control card, and any applicable health certificates.
