Overview The Spa Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the Spa, including spa revenue, treatments, nail salon, pool, spa retail operations and staffing in conjunction with a casino/hotel environment.  Leads and directs spa team members to deliver excellent service to guest.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and be accountable for department operations, including profit maximization and cost control.
  • Oversee hiring, developing, and leading all levels of spa staff and management.
  • Conduct and direct sales and marketing.
  • Communicate in a clear, precise, positive, and professional manner.
  • Prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate, and follow-up appropriately.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Be competent in assessing and setting financial goals and standards.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, email and Internet.
  • Work under stressful situations, ability to supervise and delegate with professional demeanor
Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 5+ years management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required to successfully perform this job.
  • Previous hotel/spa supervisory experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Certifications in field a plus.
  • Any combination of education, training experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Class H – Hotel gaming license.
