Overview |
- Oversee the following Departments: Accounting, Revenue Audit, IT, Purchasing, Count Rooms, Planning and Analysis, Property Risk Management and Safety, and Cage Operations and Casino Credit
- Accurate preparation and distribution of the property’s budget and financial reporting
- Monitor and analyze results of financial performance
- Manage property cash and credit accounts
- Manage established budget and other performance goals
- Assist GM in approval of expenditures for property
- Maintain department compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, government regulations, and internal controls

Responsibilities |
- Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels of employment
- Review financial activities with GM, Directors, and Managers as necessary
- Responsible for financial reporting to corporate.
- Responsible for planning, controlling, communicating, and implementing procedures and processes for the overall efficient operations of the department
- Development of staff, interviews, hires, evaluates, and effective management
- Ensure proper head count and employee coverage in all operational departments
- Monitor FTEs, actual head count, and overtime
- Provide various oral and written reports to the CFO and GM
- Achieve departmental and individual performance goals and duties in a timely manner

Qualifications |
Required: 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 7 years experience in accounting as a controller, financial manager, or financial officer
Preferred: Graduate degree or MBA with finance management. CPA Or other professional accreditation |
