| The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing serves as the executive leader responsible for shaping the property’s brand vision, guest engagement strategy, and revenue-driving marketing initiatives for a world-class luxury resort, casino, and spa. This role oversees brand strategy, digital, creative, and experiential campaigns. The SVP ensures the property remains a top destination for luxury hospitality, entertainment, and wellness by delivering innovative, data-driven marketing programs that attract and retain high-value guests. |
| PRIMARY JOB DUTIES – INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO |
- Define and elevate the resort’s brand identity across hospitality, gaming, dining, nightlife, and spa experiences.
- Develop and execute multi‑year marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead advertising, digital, social, creative, and experiential campaigns to drive awareness, visitation and revenue.
- Partner with operations, sales, hotel, gaming and finance to maximize profitability through targeted, insight-driven campaigns.
- Advance CRM, digital innovation, and personalization strategies to deepen guest loyalty and lifetime value
- Lead and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, performance expectations, and budget objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization, including succession planning, capability building, and performance management.
- Monitor competitor activity, consumer insights, and emerging trends to inform strategic planning and maintain a leadership position in the market.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and safeguard the resort’s reputation through ethical, transparent practices.
- Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.

- Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams while fostering creativity, accountability, and cross-department collaboration.
- Exceptional skill in translating business goals into strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in senior marketing leadership roles within luxury hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or a comparable multi-brand, high-profile environment.
- At least 21 years of age.
