| SUMMARY |
| The SVP and General Counsel oversees all legal matters involving the Company. The General Counsel is a specialized corporate attorney who serves as in-house gaming counsel, oversees the Company’s Compliance Department, manages complex legal matters, and manages and handles individual legal projects. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of the Company’s legal affairs, including responsibility for Company and subsidiary commercial and development contracts, legal oversight of subsidiary operations, including risk management and employment and regulatory compliance matters, and other responsibilities as assigned. Reports to the CEO. |

Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Computer Skills Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills. |

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE |
| A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required.
Membership in Good Standing in the State Bar as an attorney qualified to practice law is required. Ten or more years of relevant corporate law experience, preferably in-house and in the casino gaming industry, and/or in a law firm providing similar experience, with increasing levels of responsibility. |
