Overview The Vice President of Brand Strategy and Advertising will be the lead strategist, steward and champion of both the Corporate and individual casino resort property brands. Working with Corporate and property senior leadership, the leader in this role will own the articulation of the brand essence and value propositions, crafting strategy and execution of marketing related activities including: strategic planning, channel management, creative messaging, 3rd party agency management, digital marketing, media planning, production and budget management.
Responsibilities
  • Daily management of marketing team promoting shared client services
  • Management of the strategic planning process
  • Brand development and stewardship
  • Communications management (advertising, digital marketing, PR, social media)
  • Spokesperson for ERI and casino resort properties, representing brand to both internal and external audiences
  • Lead the planning and execution of property teams charged with driving the strategic planning, project management and seamless execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies
  • Ensure overall strategies are communicated to and implemented across all teams in a consistent way that reflects the brand
  • Ensure cohesive, omni-channel storytelling through on-brand creative and effective channel strategies that deliver upon the brand’s marketing and advertising objectives
  • Management of 3rd party agencies
  • Financial acumen with analysis and insight capabilities
  • Maintain a current knowledge of the business environment, competitors, customers, market trends and implications to the business.
