Overview The Vice President of Casino Marketing will work together with the EVP Casino Marketing & Operations and is responsible for developing property level strategic plans and overseeing various componets of marketing functions including promotions and events, Players Club, entertainment, group sales, and/or retail. This role also involves creating exceptional experiences for guests, following financial guidelines.
Responsibilities The Vice President of Casino Marketing will be responsible for developing property level strategic plans and overseeing various components of marketing functions including promotions and events, Players Club, entertainment, group sales, and/or retail. This role also involves creating exceptional experiences for  guests, following financial guidelines. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure optimum delivery of Casino Marketing strategies, balancing a pragmatic approach with need to consistently perform to a standard of excellence
  • Implement, develop and execute premium player marketing programs to increase market share and profitability while complying with all gaming regulations
  • Lead strategic direction of Casino Marketing functions to open and develop new markets
  • Ensure progress toward stated goals and financial objectives by reviewing events, budgets, operations and forecast data
  • Establish and maintain personal relationships and good will with premium players
  • Implement and develop new programs to generate loyalty among Players Club guests
  • Consistently create new ideas for exceptional player events, promotions and entertainment within financial guidelines
  • Determine effectiveness of gaming promotions through market research and other marketing tools
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations for Casino Marketing department and programs
  • Uphold company’s key values and brand standards to encourage Casino Marketing team to maintain culture of excellence and achieve top results
  • Ensure seamless flow of information between management teams
  • Stay current on Casino Marketing industry trends
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • College Degree in Marketing; Hospitality/Tourism or related field preferred
  • 10 years+ of management experience in casino marketing
  • Must have casino related marketing experience
