Responsibilities
  • Develop policies, and direct and coordinate all food and beverage activities, including restaurants, food services, catering/banquets, kitchen utility, conventions, room service, and employee cafeteria
Qualifications Required: Minimum 10 years progressive experience in a large food and beverage operation; Minimum 5 years at the Director level or above.

Preferred: BA in Business or Hospitality/Restaurant
