| The Vice President of Middle Eastern & European Marketing position will be responsible for the continuous acquisition of new casino slot & table games players to grow property player base and increase revenues along with assuring retention and repeat business through all communication channels to include telemarketing. The Executive Host will constantly strive to exceed guest expectations through gracious and personalized service. The ideal candidate for this position will possess inherent customer service skills, a passion for guest care, and a commitment to proactive service and recovery as necessary. |
| PRIMARY JOB DUTIES – INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO |
- Responsible for identifying and capturing premium casino guests both internally and externally, reviewing credit reports for credit worthiness, assisting in planning and participating with player development events.
- Work as a part of a team to grow the revenue and income managed by the Casino Marketing teams.
- Must meet monthly production, sales, special event/guest participation, and telemarketing goals.
- Develop one-on-one relationships with guests and provide exceptional service to cultivate and maintain relationships.
- Ensure that all guests are assisted in an efficient and courteous Resolve complaints and issues effectively while escalating concerns as appropriate.
- Must be knowledgeable of, and be able to explain, games offered by the casino, current marketing events, promotions and programs along with benefits and privileges of using the Rewards program.
- Arrange reservations, transportation and accommodations for
- Use sound judgment and make decisions in accordance with established comp and expense guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience
- High school
- Additional education or related sales and marketing training
- Three (3) years of previous experience in casino, hospitality, telemarketing or other customer service environment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
|
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, instructions, emails and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or Must be multi-lingual (fluency in English and Arabic is required). Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
