Overview This is a prime opportunity for a candidate with the experience, skills and talents to operate in a dynamic resort casino environment.
Responsibilities
  • Direct oversight of all Player Development departments for all properties.
  • Maintain a sales contact system for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of sales efforts to players.
  • Recruit high-level Player Development executives and measure the effectiveness of their contributions
  • Oversight of all Hosts, Executive Hosts, Player Development executives, and appropriate Administrative personnel.
Qualifications Required: Must have at least 10 years of experience in executive-level casino positions, preferably in marketing and/or credit at high-volume casinos; as well as excellent customer service and talent relation skills. Must understand and practice measurement principles in terms of the effectiveness of sales efforts.
