Christina Clifton is motivated by a passion for all things restaurants. As Chief Operating Officer of the Columbus Hospitality Group, she has an impressive career in the food & beverage industry.
Before she moved into a corner office, Christina was putting on her show in the front of the house. An aspiring musician and singer, Christina supplemented her income by moonlighting as a server and hostess. “I learned early on that if you can create a dining experience for the guest, that will be reflected in the tip,” said Clifton.
In 1990, Christina joined Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and, in a short four years, was elevated to Director of Food & Beverage. She became known as a “turnaround expert.” Mirage Resorts and Casino came knocking in 2005, and as vice president of F&B, she led the remodeling and opening of several restaurants. As Las Vegas became a haven for celebrity chefs, Christina established successful relationships with the world’s most respected chefs.
Along the way, Christina worked with Foxwoods, Aria at City Center, and formed her own consulting company, FishFork, in 2013. Christina has always been an innovator and problem solver and never forgot what she learned serving guests at the start of her career.
