As Vice President of Food and Beverage, Josef Wagner is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of the AAA Five Diamond and Forbes-rated Bellagio Resort & Casino, Park MGM, and NoMad Las Vegas. Josef joined the world-renowned Bellagio Resort & Casino pod in May 2021 and has oversight of over $500M in annual Food & Beverage revenues.

Josef has a lot on his plate overseeing more than 30 fine and fast-casual dining concepts, 10 bars and lounges, Bellagio, Park MGM and NoMad Pool operations, a nightclub, and Banquets & Catering operations. Under his guidance, the coveted Forbes Travel Guide Five Stars was awarded to Le Cirque and Picasso and Four Stars to Michael Mina restaurant.

Unsurprisingly, Josef oversees wine, beverage, and mixology programming. In 2005, he earned the title of certified Cocktail and Beverage Specialist from the Southern Wine and Spirits (SWS) Beverage Academy. In 2006, he became a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers.

Josef received a Bachelor of Business & Hospitality Management Degree from the Hotel School Passau in Bavaria, Germany, and a Hotel and Food & Beverage Management Diploma from Cornell University.
